All I have to say is WOW. Ron did such and amazing job my CARPETS LOOK BRAND NEW. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Was Courteous enough to take off his shoes I am just absolutely amazed. My carpets had pets stains and smelled of urine but not anymore I can't even tell. I will never seek out someone different this is my guy.Also the price you can't beat.

Ron is the best ...great personally makes you feel like you knew him forever...his work was amazing ..cleaned my baby girls room extra just because it was a kids room thats a big relief and his knowledge all around about his work is next level everyone book book book!!!

When I moved into my home my rugs where very damaged with yellow stains from the previous owners dog. I had the rugs cleaned by another company and the yellow stains where still there. I thought my rugs had no hope. I was considering getting new rugs or getting the color changed or rug painted was another option given to me, witch was very expensive. Excellent!!!!! We seriously thought we would have to replace the carpets in our house. Three kids, a cat and dog the capers took a beating over the years. I called Ron and he was very professional and courteous. Scheduling was a breeze. He spent a lot of time expertly going over the carpets and stairs. Stains I thought would never come out are gone! Amazing service, we just purchased our home which had carpet on the lower level. Ronnie came in and after he finished the carpets looked and felt brand new. He also explained exactly what he did when he finished. Customer service amazing!!!! After asking in a group on Facebook for some names of places that do carpet cleaning some of the mom recommended dicat. I called and spoke with Ronny who was super helpful explained everything and was able to get to my house quick to give a quote and do the work. Omg my rug looks brand new again.

Ronnie does an amazing job. Brought back my carpets in my rental property. I previously had a company steam them and was convinced they were ruined. He assured me he could save them and did. Ssved me thousands in recarpeting. Fast, professional and very detail oriented. By far the best I've ever used.

Our carpets needed so much help but we couldn't afford to replace. Between 2 dogs and 2 young kids (mud pee poop milk) the carpet wasn't even the original color! I contacted DiCat to see what could be done and Ronnie came to my house for an evaluation. Came at a later date and cleaned the room that was super bad. IT LOOKS BRAND NEW!
